Experimental animation work visually exploring emotions involving grief and trauma in various mediums.
All work was unplanned.
These tests were done as research process and resulted in a multitude of beneficial outcomes including mental clarity and creative freedom.
Frames from a key shot of the film done over a 2 week residency at Pottery Farm Gallery in Mauvezin. The 50 seconds clip was entirely unplanned and done with limited resources. The residency allowed the opportunity to fully explore this style of freedom and therapeutic benefits with no outside distraction.

Animation Dingle, Kerry, Ireland, 2026
(nominated for best writing)
Directed by Her, Dublin, Ireland, 2026
The work below was done as part of a workshop with Studio 9 and NTAA. Over a couple of weeks a small team of us developed and animated a short film, 'Wed the Ded'. I designed, built, and animated both bird puppets featured in the project. They were made primarily with foam and finished with needle felt. The animation itself was done over the course of a weekend with huge aid from both Joe and John at Studio 9 with lighting and camera direction.
